Delivery & Progress:

All Orders are acknowledged with Delivery dates. Next day delivery (if required) is possible on all ex stock orders placed before 3.30 pm GMT.

All Samples are allocated a Sample Reference Number, they are either dispatched ex stock or as soon as available.  Maximum lead time for samples is usually 2- 3 weeks, this is for out of stock items or "Custom Variants of Standard Items".  Please advise your deadlines, we aim to get you what you require, when you need it.
